What do our memberships include?

• Access to our weight room  and athletic equipment during hours of operation (Ages 13+)
• Access to turf field and courts for all members – IF THEY ARE NOT RESERVED
• Access to shower/locker rooms

Rules

i.) Safety and Compliance: Members shall abide by all safety guidelines and regulations set forth by Griffin Elite while using the Facilities or on Griffin Elite property.

ii.) Attire: Shirts and closed-toe shoes are required at all times.

iii.) Prohibited Substances: The consumption or possession of drugs, alcohol, tobacco, or similar substances is strictly prohibited on Griffin Elite property.

iv.) Conduct: Fighting, horseplay, or any disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.

v.) Equipment Use: Use all equipment with care and only for its intended purpose. Report any damaged or malfunctioning equipment to staff immediately.

vi.) Cleanliness: Wipe down equipment after use, and re-rack all weights. Keep the Facilities clean and tidy for other Members.

vii.) Age Restrictions: No one under the age of 13 is permitted in the weight room or around any equipment unless under the direct instruction of St. Elizabeth Sports Performance staff.

viii.) Food and Drinks: No food is allowed in the weight room, on the courts, or on the turf field. Food must remain on the mezzanine and be disposed of properly. Only water or sports drinks in sealed, non-glass containers are permitted in the activity areas.

ix.) Turf Field and Court Reservations: Members must yield the turf field and courts to scheduled activities or reserved use.

x.) Personal Belongings: Griffin Elite is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings. Day-use lockers are provided, and Members are encouraged to secure their items.

xi.) Music: Playing music out loud via phone, speaker, or any other device is strictly prohibited. Members must use headphones or earbuds for personal audio.

xii.) Guests: No guests are allowed. Should you be caught bringing an unauthorized guest into the facility, your membership will be canceled immediately, and you will be permanently banned from the facility.

xiii.) Respect for Others: Members must show respect to staff, other Members, and guests. Harassment, intimidation, or discriminatory behavior of any kind will result in immediate action, including possible termination of membership.

Members are required to adhere to all of the following rules. Failure to comply may result in immediate termination of membership if deemed appropriate by Griffin Elite staff, with no entitlement to a refund or recovery of fees already paid.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

Q: What are your hours of operation, and when can I come in to work out?

A: Our standard hours are Monday–Friday from 6 AM – 9 PM, unless otherwise noted. Weekend hours vary based on facility activities. Hours for the upcoming weekend can be found:

• On the homepage of our website (usually updated for the upcoming weekend on Mondays).
• On the front door of the facility.
• On the whiteboard in the lobby.

Q: Will my monthly membership be canceled automatically if I stop coming?

A: No. Your membership will continue to be billed indefinitely until you cancel it in person by filling out a cancellation form at the facility. You are free to cancel at any time, but failure to do so will result in continued billing.

Q: If I don’t cancel but haven’t used my membership, can I get a refund for the months I didn’t come in?

A: No. Griffin Elite does not offer refunds for unused membership time. Membership fees are non-refundable once charged, regardless of usage.

Q: Does my membership include a guest pass?

A: No. We do not currently offer guest or day passes. Additionally, bringing an unauthorized guest into the facility will result in immediate membership termination and a permanent ban from Griffin Elite.

Q: Can I bring my child with me if I’m a member?

A: Children are not included under individual memberships. If you would like to bring a child (ages 5+), you must upgrade to a family membership.

Q: Are there any age restrictions for using the facility?

A: Yes. Children under 13 are not permitted in the weight room or around equipment unless under the direct instruction of St. Elizabeth Sports Performance staff.

Q: Can I play my own music on a speaker or my phone?

A: No. Music must be played through personal headphones or earbuds. Playing music out loud is not permitted.

Q: Can I bring food or drinks into the facility?

A: Food is only allowed on the mezzanine level and must be disposed of properly. No food is allowed in the weight room, courts, or turf field. Water and sports drinks in sealed, non-glass containers are permitted in all areas.

Q: What happens if I violate the facility rules?

A: Failure to follow Griffin Elite’s rules may result in warnings, suspension, or immediate termination of your membership without a refund, depending on the severity of the violation.

Q: Will I be charged if my payment method is declined or expired?

A: Yes. It is your responsibility to update your payment method before your billing date. If your payment fails, your membership may be suspended or terminated, and any missed payments must be paid in full before regaining access.

Q: Does Griffin Elite provide towels for showers?

A: No, Griffin Elite provides day-use lockers and showers, but members must bring their own towels and toiletries.
