St. Elizabeth Sports Performance understands what it takes for athletes and individuals to perform at the highest level. We take a comprehensive approach that addresses the needs of the athlete and the sport. Whether the goal is to improve strength, run faster, jump higher, enhance power and explosiveness, or to improve any component of performance, our results-driven approach will provide the necessary training to achieve the goals of the athlete. World-Class Facility

Our facility hosts three NCAA regulation basketball courts that can be converted into five volleyball courts. Whether it’s for casual recreation or intense competition, these courts provide ample space for athletes to hone their skills.

Additionally, our indoor turf field spans an impressive 70 by 30 yards, providing a versatile space for a multitude of athletic activities and training regimens.

Technology & Equipment

Our advanced 5,000-square-foot weight room is equipped with state-of-the-art machinery, including True Form Treadmills and Keiser air-driven functional trainers. Additionally, we offer Cryotherapy services, proven to alleviate inflammation, joint pain, and symptoms of arthritis.
